Main Constraint Path

Summary

  • Creates additional Main Constraint Path in the progress direction of the library space.

  • The start and end points of the Main Constraint Path are constrained to the Constraint Plane when created.

Execution

Details

Create Curve Library Mode - Main Constraint Path

This feature adds a path in the direction of the library path (direction of Default Constraint Path).

  • [Constraint Plane]
Selects two or more constriant plane to set the location where to create the Main Constraint Path. A constraint path must be constrained to a constraint plane.

  • [Offset]
Enters the separation distance from the Default Constraint Path to set the position of the Main Constraint Path.

    • Distance (Path-Y) : Enter the separation distance in the Y-axis direction.

    • Distance (Path-Z) : Enter the separation distance in the Z-axis direction.

  • [Variable Path]
Activated when the Main Constraint Path is created in the Assembly Unit Mode, when this option is turned on, different separation distance values can be entered at the start and end points.

  • [Path Variation]
Activated when the Main Constraint Path is created in the Assembly Unit Mode, this option sets the shape of the curve that connects the start and end points. Linear, quadratric and tertiary functions can be selected.
