Create a Multi-Points Linked Entity

This feature constrains objects to existing multiple Constraint Points.

Once the library is assigned to Base mode, all constrained objects are assigned to Base mode based on the library’s origin. After calculating the relative position of the Constraint Point based on the origin, the corresponding Constraint Point is used to calculate the relative position of the object that becomes the library's origin for placement reference.

  • [Select Target]
The library’s classification information is entered into the Point Library.

  • [Default Constraint Point]
The existing Constraint Point is used as the Default Constraint Point.

Geometry Vertices that are not assigned to a Constraint Point is constrained by the Default Constraint Point.

  • [Other Constraint Point]
The existing Constraint Point is used as the Other Constraint Point. The location of Other Constraint Point changes when the coordinates of the Other Constraint Point is changed based on changes in the library length. Only the Vertex of the Analysis Line can be selected as the Geometry Vertex.

The Point Library can be only set as either a Single Point Link or a Multi-Point Link. Once the Link is changed again after setting up, the latest Entity property is applied.

Geometry Vertices that are not assigned to a Constraint Point is constrained by the Default Constraint Point.
