Summary


  • Draw (defines) an Independent Longitudinal Rebar on the Draw Plane.

 

How to Run


[Rebar Draw Mode]

  • Ribbon Menu > [Rebar Draw] Tab > [Rebar] Group > Draw

 

Explanation


Straight Bar Method

Create a transverse rebar using the Straight Bar method.

[Tab] Draw

  • [Rebar Type]
    Select the type and method of rebars to be constructed.

    • Select Transverse Rebar.

    • Select the Straight Bar.

  • [Draw Rebar]
    Select the Edge of the Target Member section.

    • Mirror Hook : Switch the start and end points of the Hook set in Property.

Closed Stirrup Method

Create a transverse rebar using the Closed Stirrup method.

[Tab] Draw

  • [Rebar Type]
    Select the type and method of rebars to be constructed.

    • Select Transverse Rebar.

    • Select Closed Stirrup.

  • [Draw Rebar]
    Select an edge that is closed by the sectional shape of the target member.

    • Auto Closed

      • On : Select the edge that makes up the cross section of the member to create a closed rebar with the corresponding position as the start and end points.

      • Off : Creates a closed rebar for the closed section created by the Edge selected by the user.

        • Switch Start Point : Switch between randomly created start and end points at the intersection of the closed section.

        • Reverse Direction : Apply the position of the rebar in the opposite direction relative to the edge.

Circular Stirrup Method

Create a transverse rebar using the Circular Stirrup method.

[Tab] Draw

  • [Rebar Type]
    Select the type and method of rebars to be constructed.

    • Select Transverse Rebar.

    • Select Circular Stirrup.

  • [Draw Rebar]
    Select the edge of the circular section. This is applicable only if the section geometry is circular.

Free Shape Method

Create a transverse rebar using the Free Shape method.

[Tab] Draw

  • [Rebar Type]
    Select the type and method of rebars to be constructed.

    • Select Transverse Rebar.

    • Select Free Shape.

  • [Draw Rebar]
    Use the Sketch tool to plot a line on which the transverse rebar will be created.

    • Reverse Direction : Apply the position of the rebar in the opposite direction relative to the edge.

Select Line Method

Create a transverse rebar using the Select Line method.

  • [Rebar Type]
    Select the type and method of rebars to be constructed.

    • TSelect Transverse Rebar.

    • Select Select Line.

  • [Draw Rebar]
    Select the pre-drawn line.
    If the lines are connected, create a connecting transverse rebar.

    • Mirror Hook : Switch the start and end points of the Hook set in Property.

    • Reverse Direction : Apply the position of the rebar in the opposite direction relative to the edge.

Select Member Edge Method

Create a transverse rebar using the Select Member Edge method.

[Tab] Draw

  • [Rebar Type]
    Select the type and method of rebars to be constructed.

    • Select Transverse Rebar.

    • Choose Select Member Edge.

  • [Draw Rebar]
    Select the Edge of the Target Member section.
    When selecting an Edge, the direction and position of the rebar must be set together.
    If an intersection exists between edges (including an extended intersection), create a connecting transverse rebar.
