[Stiffener Draw Mode]

  • Ribbon Menu > [Stiffener Draw] Tab > [Stiffener] Group > Draw

 

Explanation


Single Method

Create longitudinal stiffeners using the Single method.

  • [Stiffener Type]
    Select the type and method of stiffener to be drawn.

    • Select Longitudinal Stiffener.

    • Select Single.

  • [Draw Stiffener]
    Click the point above the Edge in the Target Member section.

    • Horizontal : Create longitudinal stiffener parallel to the X-axis.

  • Horizontal : Create longitudinal stiffener parallel to the X-axis.

 

 

Select Edge Method

Create longitudinal stiffeners using the Select Edge method.

  • [Stiffener Type]
    Select the type and method of stiffener to be drawn.

    • Select Longitudinal Stiffener.

    • Select Single.

  • [Draw Stiffener]
    Select the Edge of the Target Member section.

    • Horizontal : Longitudinal stiffener generation is parallel to the X-axis.

    • Reverse Start Point : Switch the start and end points of the longitudinal stiffener profile.

 

 

2 Points Method

Create a longitudinal stiffener using the 2 points method.

  • [Stiffener Type]
    Select the type and method of stiffener to be drawn.

    • Select Longitudinal Stiffener.

    • Select Single.

  • [Draw Stiffener]
    Click the two points above the Edge in the Target Member section. Pick Point 1 is the point in the longitudinal stiffener profile, and Pick Point 2 is the end point.

    • Horizontal : Create longitudinal stiffener parallel to the X-axis.
