• [Select Target]
  Select the vertex to place the Point Spring.
  Only the vertices of 1D Geometry Line can be selected.

• [Spring Type]
  Choose a Spring Type. 
  Linear, Compression Only, and Tension Only types are provided. 
  Depending on the Spring Type selection, the stiffness spring value input setting is different.

• [Stiffness]

  • Spring Type : Linear

    • Set Fixed or enter a linear elastic spring stiffness value.

  • Spring Type : Compression Only

    • Enter the compression-only spring stiffness value.

    • Enter the orientation of the spring based on the nodal coordinate system.

  • Spring Type : Tension Only

    • Enter the tension-only spring stiffness value.

    • Enter the orientation of the spring based on the nodal coordinate system.

• [Damping Constant]
  Spring Type : This setting is only valid for Linear.

  • Enter the spring damping constant through the spring damping constant option setting.
