Summary


  • Define the construction field for the quantity calculation by material type.

  • The construction field defined in the Field feature can be set in CIM’s object property information.

Explanation


Define Field

Define the construction field.

  • [Material Type]
    Set the material type.

  • [Sub Material Type]
    Set the sub-material type. Each sub-material type can be assigned a construction field.

  • [Field]
    The table is enabled to define the construction field when the Sub Material Type is selected.

    • Name : Enter the name of the construction field.

    • Field Type : Select the construction field type.

  • Field Type is provided as Auto for each Material Type.

    • Example : Rebar - Name / Grade / Diameter

  • The user can manually set the Field Type. (User Defined)

  • [Item]
    Enter items classified based on construction field.

  • An item is a field iteam based on the construciton field type.

    • Example : If ‘Rebar - Diameter’ is set as the field type → the field item is the diameter of each rebar.

  • When the Field Type is set by Auto, the field items are automatically provided by the object property information for each material type. The user can also register additional field items and assign field items manually.

  • Field Type : When User Defined, the field item must be registered.

  • [Import from Excel]
    Import field information defined by the user in Excel.

  • When importing, the field data of the field function and the string are compared, and if they are same, the field data is accumulated and saved.

  • The following conditions must be satisfied.

    • MATERIAL

      • Items other than the list provided by the function are not allowed.

      • String comparison

        • Case insensitive → Concrete and concrete are all matched as “Material Type: Concrete”

    • SUB MATERIAL

      • The default value provided by the function is not deleted.

      • String comparison

        • Case sensitive → Concrete, concrete are classified into different Sub Material Types

        • Separation Classification → concrete 1, concrete 1 Classified into different Sub Material Types

    • FIELD NAME

      • Field Name and Field Item subordinate to Default Sub Material can be deleted or changed.

      • String comparison

        • Case sensitive

        • Separation Classification

    • FIELD ITEM

      • Field Name and Field Item subordinate to Default Sub Material can be deleted or changed.

      • String comparison

        • Case sensitive

        • Separation Classification

    • ITEM

      • String comparison

        • Case sensitive

        • Separation Classification

  • [Export to Excel]
    Export the field information defined by the user to Excel.
