Summary


  • Defines the model classificaiton structure with a hierarchy.

  • The classification structure defined in the Field feature can be set in CIM’s object property information.

 

How to Run

  • Ribbon Menu > [Base] Tab > [Property] Group > Work Type > Structure

 

Explanation


Define Structure

Define the classification structure.

  • [Structure Type]
    Select a structure to define. You can define up to three structures.

  • Each structure stores structure data(Level, Name, Code) independently, and data for each structure(Structure-1, 2, 3) can be set in object properties.

  • You do not have to define every structure.

  • In the function that utilizes structure data, select one structure and utilize structure data.

  • [Classification]

    • Name : Enter a name for selected structure.

  • [Add / Delete]
    Add or delete rows (items).

    • Add : Adds row of the same level as the selected row.

    • Add(Sub) : Adds row at a lower level of the selected row below.

    • Delete : Deletes the selected row.

  • [Move]
    Moves the selected row. The lower levels move with the higher levels.

    • ← : Moves the selected row one level up.

    • → : Moves the selected row one level down.

    • ↑ : Moves the selected row up within the same level.

    • ↓ : Moves the selected row down within the same level.

  • [Structure Table]
    Defines the structure table.

    • Level : Display the level of the corresponding row. The level is automatically displayed thorugh the ‘Add/Delete settings, or the Move setting’.

    • Name : Enter the name of the corresponding level.

  • [Import from Base Structure]
    Imports the structure information defined in the Base by the user.

  • The Import from Base Structure option is only included in the Structure feature of the Library Mode.

  • The structure defined in Base can be imported into the Library Structure.

  • [Import from Excel]
    Imports the structure information defined by the user in Excel.

  • To import from Excel, the following conditions must be met to successfully import the structure information.

    • Level only allows numbers and a full stop (.).

    • The column next to the level is imported as Name.

  • [Export to Excel]
    Exports the structure information defined by the user in Excel.

Use the Assign feature to assign the set structure properties to a member.
