Overview of Functions
Extrude a geometric shape (face, solid) along a path to create a geometric shape of an upper level (line, face).
Details of Functions
Generate Tab
Select target
Select the geometric shape (line or face) that will perform the Sweep process.
Select path
Select Edges that will be extrusion paths. All Edges must be connected.
When Reverse direction is checked, reverses in the starting point of the path is made.
Generate
Boolean
None : It is created regardless of the previously created object.
Union : Sweep objects are created and at the same time merged with the objects selected in Select master.
- Select Master : Selects the Master object to be merged with the Sweep object.
Cut : Sweep objects are created and objects that were chosen at the Select Master are cut at the same time.
- Select Master : Use the Sweep object as a tool for selecting the object to be cut.
- Delete Tool : When checked, the Boolean cut process is executed and the Sweep object (tool) is deleted.
Twist
Angle : Creates a Sweep object by rotating the profile of the extracted location counterclockwise by the entered value.
Option
Keep target orientation : Retains the direction of the target regardless of the direction of the path
