Extend beyond spacing
: Specifies the distance to extend the dimension line arrowhead beyond the auxiliary line when using Slope or Architectural Types instead of arrows.Base line spacing : Set the spacing between the dimension lines of the baseline dimension.
Suppress
: Forces the display of dimension lines to be suppressed.
When Dimension1 is checked, the first dimension line is suppressed, and when Dimension2 is checked, the second dimension line is suppressed.
Extension Line
Color : Set the extension line color.
Line type extension line1 : Set the line style of extension line 1.
Line type extension line2 : Set the line style of extension line2.
Line Weight : Set the weight of the extension line.
Suppress
: Forces the display of witness lines to be suppressed.
When Dimension1 is checked, the first extension line is suppressed, and when Dimension2 is checked, the second extension line is suppressed.Extend beyond dim lines : Specify the length value to extend the extension lines above the dimension line.
Offset from origin : Enter the distance value to be offset from the dimension line origin.
Fixed length extension line : Specifies the fixed length of the extension line.
Sign and arrow
Arrow tip
First
: Set the arrowhead shape of the first dimension line.
If the user changes the first arrowhead, the second arrowhead changes as well. If the user changes the second arrowhead, the user can set the first and second arrowheads differently. If the user selects the User arrow at the bottom, user-created block objects can be used as arrows.Second : Set the arrowhead shape of the second dimension line.
Leader : Set the arrowhead to be used for the leader line.
Center marks
None : The center mark is not displayed.
Mark : Displays the center mark in the shape of a cross. The user can adjust the length by entering the length value.
Line : Displays the center mark composed of crosshairs and auxiliary lines. The user can adjust the length by entering the length value.
Arc length symbol
Front dimension text : Displays arc symbol in front of arc length dimension line text.
Above dimension text : Display the arc symbol above the arc length dimension line text.
None : No arc symbol is displayed.
Text
Text Shape
Text style : Select a text style.
Text color : Set the color of the text.
Fill color : Sets the background color for Text.
Text height : Set the size of the text.
Fractional height scale
: Set the scale when displaying fractions. If it is 1, it is the same as the set character height, if it is 2, it is applied twice the size of the set character height. This setting is available when the Unit format is set to Fractional in the Primary Unit.Draw frame around the text: Displays a rectangular border around the text.
Text placement
Vertical : Set the vertical position of the dimension line text.
Horizontal : Set the horizontal placement position of the dimension line text.
View direction : Set the text reading direction from left to right or right to left.
Offset from dimension line : Set the distance of text from the dimension line.
Text sort
Horizontal : Aligns text to horizontal position
Sort to dimension line : Arranges text according to the direction of the dimension line.
ISO Standard
: When the text is positioned inside the extension line, it aligns along the dimension line, and when it is positioned outside the extension line, it aligns horizontally.
Arrange
Fit Options
Text or arrow (Fit to maximum) : Moves the text or arrowhead out of the auxiliary line relative to Fit to maximum.
Arrow : Moves the text after moving the arrowhead outside the extension line.
Text : Move the text outside of the extension line first, then move the arrowhead.
Both text and arrow : Moves both text and arrowhead outside the witness line.
Always keep text between extension lines : Always place the text in the space between extension lines.
Suppress arrow if arrow is not fit inside extension line : Suppresses the arrow if there is not enough space between the extension lines.
Text Placement
Place next to dimension line : Places Text next to the dimension line.
Above dimension line, use leader : Use a leader to place the text above the dimension line.
Above dimension line, no leader : Place the text above the dimension line without a leader line.
Dimension feature scale
Annotation : Annotate the dimension.
Dimension scale to Layout : Determines the scale factor based on the current scale in paper space.
Use entire scale : Sets the order scale for all dimension style settings that specify text and arrowhead size and spacing.
Adjust to the best
Place text manually : Ignores the horizontal placement setting of the Text and places it in the location specified by the dimension line location prompt.
