Q. I want to edit the interpretation information of an object.
A. When you select a part, the part's Property window is activated.
This is the function to check and edit the analysis information of the object.
A BIM model is a model that can design, construct, and maintain, and is clearly different from an analysis model.
Only the part that plays a role as a structure among the BIM models should be linked with the analysis model.
In midas CIM Modeling, all parts constituting the structure are defined
Among these, it is necessary to separate the part to be defined as a structure and a part to be defined as a load during analysis.
Think of it as an option to isolate it.
Let's take a look at the example below.
1) [Select an object on the screen] Select Properties > Property.
2) Select Analysis type. => Provides options Structural Member / Nonstructural Member / Void.
Structural Member : Exported as 1D/2D elements during structural analysis.
Nonstructural Member : It is not exported as an element during structural analysis.
Void : A non-existent element whose material information cannot be defined. It is not exported as an element during structural analysis.
