Overview of Functions

This section describes the UI configuration of the Field Tab and explains the process of entering field data.

Field Tab

 

  • [Field Configuration]

    • The name of the Field Configuration assigned to the object.

The Field Configuration is organized by the Category selected on the object's Property tab.
An object can have only one Category (Field Configuration), and changing the Category of an object changes the field configuration.

If you change the Category, the data you have entered will be lost, so you should check the Category configuration before entering field data.

  • [Field Data]

    • Field Data contained in a field configuration (Default Field & Custom Field)

    • Field Data consists of Key / Value, where Key is configured by the user in Custom Field / Default Field.

  • In the Value Cell of Field Data, the user enters the property information.

  • User input is possible only for Fields created as Custom Field, and Fields entered as Default Field cannot be changed because they are defined as the default information that the object has.

  • [Data Group]

    • The Data Group entered by the user.

    • If nothing is entered, all Field Data is represented by the None group.

    • As shown in the example, please utilize Data Groups such as 'Object Specification', 'Identification Information', etc. depending on the purpose of use.

  • [Quantity Configuration]

    • You can check the quantity information of the object on the Field Tab, and you can export the quantity information to IFC.

    • Quantity Configuration and quantity data do not need to be defined separately by the user, and are always stored for each object.
