• Create a subgrade surface that reflects the superelevation of the main line and road shoulder.

• The created subgrade surface is used to calculate earthwork volume using the section average method.

• Ribbon Menu > [Model] Tab > [Terrain] Group > [Slope] Group > Create Surface

Open

 

 

• [Select Subbase Surface]
  Select the bottom face of the road pavement.

• [Select Ground Surface]
  Select the fround surface.

• [Select Fill Slope Surface]
  Select the created fill slope surface.

• [Profile]
  Soil Type : Set the soil type.
  Depth : Set the subgrade depth.

• [Preview]
  Preview the slope that will be created.
