Overview of Functions

Assign an assembly library model (modeled by the unit length region method) to the target segment of the alignment.

The assigned assembly library model can be automatically adjusted to reflect the change in alignment.

Details of Functions

Select an assembly library in the list.

The preview of the selected assembly library will be shown.

Select an assembly library and assign it to the whole alignment or each segment of the alignment.

Click Add to add it to the list.

All items in the list can be modified or deleted, and all assembly libraries will be assigned to the alignment after selecting Apply.

Options
- Layoutwise: Selects and assigns the whole layout into one line when checked on. The assigned assembly library will be updated along with the shape of the alignment.

Bounding Box - All: The preview shows a box shape that wraps all selected objects will be displayed.
Bounding Box - Each: The preview shows several boxes wrap each selected object will be displayed.
Original Model: The preview shows the original shape will be displayed.
