How to use General Properties.

The feature can be executed by using the Shortcut Command General Properties (GP) or by selecting the General Properties feature in the View tab of the INFRA-DESIGN menu.

  • [Command]
    Execute General Properties from the tree menu or enter the shortcut key GP in the command window.

  • View Clipping Option
    This is an optional application of the clip view function. Clipping View

    • On : Apply break line effect

    • Off : Do not apply the break line effect (straight line expression)

 

 

  • Scale Setting
    The user can set the scale for the lines of all objects created from CIM.
    According to this setting, when the line type is the same as the dotted line, the dotted line spacing is adjusted.

    • Concrete Member Line Type Scale : Set the line weight of the Concrete Member.

    • Steel Member Line Type Scale : Set the line weight of the steel member.

    • Rebar Line Type Scale : Set the line weight of the rebar.

    • Tendon Line Type Scale : Sets the line weight of the tendon.

    • Bolt/Stud Line Type Scale : Set the line weight of the Bolt/Stud.

    • Annotation Scale : Set the line weight of the line composing the annotation.

    • Default View Scale :
      Set the default view scale when creating a view. (The default scale setting value is 1:100.)

 

 

  • Smart Annotation Arrangement
    Set the automatic arrangement feature of rebar, tendon, steel member, and bolt/stud annotations.

    • Auto Arrangement :
      When this setting is turned on, automatic arrangement is attempted if the text area overlaps other annotations or objects when annotations are created automatically.

 

 

  • General options

    • View WorkTree Trace :
      When selecting a view box or member object, this option is tracked as a section in the Worktree and as an item in the Object Group. (The On setting is recommended.)

    • Drawing intersecting lines in 3D

    • Apply Style Update :

      • These are the update function settings for style changes only.

      • When this option is turned on, the entire view or only the section that needs to be updated is updated.
        (Update View All or Update Selected View)

      • Executes functional actions for style updates only.
        (All Style Update or Selected View Style Update)
