Q. How do I create a Quantity Table?

 

A. It can be created in Construction mode that can be entered through Construction > Construction in the Application tab.

 

Using the function related to Quantity Table, you can create (output in Excel form) a quantitative calculation table in Excel form.

Go to Construction Mode to create a quantity calculation aggregate table.

Figure to create a quantity calculation aggregate table. Set in the order of 2 numbers.

① Template: Defines the format of the quantity calculation report. You can set the work type, standard, and unit for each material.

② Generate: Select the quantity calculation target and template. ( All / User Defined / By Structure)

③ Export: Export the quantity calculation aggregate table and link it with Excel.

Quantity calculation content setting

  • painting. In 3, enter the Field Item for each material set in the Field function according to the required items.

① If you click Template, a dialog box for field classification is created.

② Change the Template Name.

➡ Example of expanation) it was changed to Quantity Aggregation Table .

③ Quantity Calculation Select the number of work types/standards set. Up to three can be set, and it is okay to set only one.

➡ Example of explanation) Enter 3 EA by entering the field items related to reinforcing bars into 3 classification systems .

④ Customize and input the classification items in the quantity aggregate table that is linked to Excel.

⑤ Enter the field composition contents and unit system such as material and tag items required for quantity calculation.

⑥ Apply and Close to close the dialog box.

Quantity calculation range setting

① Go to the Quantity Calculation Range Setting tab.

② Picture. 3 Select the Quantitative Calculation Classification (Template list) defined in .

③ You can designate a range for the entire structure shown on the screen, or select a quantity calculation range according to the structure structure.

➡ Example of Explanation) the Structure configuration system was selected.

④ I selected the 1.1.2 lower hole checkbox to check the quantity below the lower hole

➡ You can check the quantity calculation statement by checking the level composition system unit.

⑤ Click Apply and Close to close the dialog box.

① Enter the Export To Excel step.

② Picture. Select the quantity calculation taxonomy defined in 3 and 4 (Template list).

③ Click Export To Excel to save the file path and name.

④ Click Apply and Close to close the dialog box.

▶ Find the path where Excel is saved and open it.

▷ The sheet composition in Excel is calculated as in the list of structure structures configured when entering a quantity system.

▶ Quantity and related contents are calculated according to the field composition system entered in Work Type.

▷ You can check the contents of the quantity calculation statement in the structure in which the contents of the lower quantity are aggregated at the upper level.
