Overview of Functions
This function is to project the vertex / edge on the work plane to the edge / face.

Generate Tab
Copy Option
When the option is checked, the target object is copied to the Tool object.
Target type
Select your target type. You can choose Edge or Vertex.

Select your target.
Tool type
Displayed when Target type is Vertex
Select a tool type. You can choose Edge or Face.
Select tool
Select the tool object.
Define direction
Displayed when Target type is Edge
Set the projection direction.
In case of Shortest Direction, it is projected in the direction of the minimum distance between the edge and the face.
If you set a Direction Vector, it will be projected in that direction.
Option
Infinite tool : Projection assuming the tool object is infinitely extended.
Imprint to tool : Projection to be included in the tool.
