Step1. PSC Box CLB 생성의 이해


Step2. New File & Curve & Point Library Import

  • DEF_M_BARRIER

  • DEF_PAVE

  • Base > Point > Import

 Point Library
  • DEF_A1

  • DEF_A2

  • DEF_PIER

Step3. FSM Assembly Unit 생성


  • BASE > Assembly > Create

 Setting
  • Name : FSM

  • Unit Length : 180.m (교량 시종점부 : Expansion Joint 0.5m)

 Plane
  1. Function Tab

  • Method : By Point

  • Location : 0.5, 179.5

  1. Property Tab

  • Alignment : By Distance

  • Origin : Ref. Line start (0.5m)

  • Origin : Ref. Line End (179.5m)

 Path
  1. Main Constraint Path

  • Select Constraint Plane : ALL Select

  • Alignment : Current

  • offset-y : 0.0m

  • offset-z : 0.0m

  1. Main Constraint Path

  • Paving ; Alignment : Current, offset-y : ±3.9725m, offset-z : 0.0m

  • L&R Barrier ; Alignment : Current, offset-y : ±7.55m, offset-z : -0.08m

  • PSC Box & Median Barrier : Alignment : Current, offset-y : 0.0m, offset-z : -0.08m

 Assign Library (Curve)
  • Path에서 정의한 Main Constraint Path에 각각의 Curve Library 할당

 Constraint Point
  1. Function Tab

  • Method : Point

  • Select Constraint Path : Default Constraint Path

  • Define Location : 0.0m, 60.0m, 120.0m, 180.0m

  1. Property Tab

  • Alignment : By Ratio

 Assign Library (Point)
  • DEF_A1 ; Select Point : 0.0m

  • DEF_A2 ; Select Point : 180.0m

  • DEF_PIER ; Select Point : 60.0m, 120.0m

Step4. Base > Layout > 선형정보 입력 및 생성 (Alignment, Profile, Cross Section)


  • Base > Layout

 Create & Edit
  • Name : Layout

 Alignment
  • 삽도 참조

 Profile
  • Station : 180.0m, Elevation : 5.4 (종단경사 3%적용)

 Cross Section
  • Default

Step5. Base > Assembly Assign > 선형에 FSM Assembly Unit 할당


  • Base > Assembly Assign

 Select Assembly Unit
  • FSM 선택

 Define Path
  • Whole Layout 선택 후 Select Segment Click 후 전체 Layout 선택

 Assigned List
  • Define Path를 통해 선택 한 후 ADD

Step6. Base > Analysis > Midas Civil 해석 모델 생성


  • Analysis > Size

 Control
  • Select Target : 전체 선택

  • Size Control : Length ; 1.0m

  • Option : Overwrite

  • Analysis > General

 Define
  • Select Member (for 1D element) : Select

  • Select Link : Select

 Property
  • Classification ; Name : Analysis Case-1(Default)

  • 1D Mesh Size ; Method : Length, Length : 1.0m

  • Section Offset ; Center location : Bounding Box Center, Consider Additional Offset (check on)

  • Apply

  • Base > Analysis

 Export
  • Run Midas Civil (Check OFF)

  • Analysis Case List : Analysis Case-1
