Setting Tab
Classification
Define the properties of the General profile.
ID : Displays the ID of the general profile. (Read only)
Name : Enter the name of the general profile.
Material type : Sets the material of the general profile. It is used to create concrete or steel type members according to the set value.
Section type : Designate section type in analysis program (MIDAS Civil).
- General Section : Set the analysis section type of the profile to 'Value> General section'.
- PSC Section : Set the analysis section type of the profile to 'Value> PSC section'. When selecting the type, additionally set the cross-sectional dimension (Design parameter-T1, T2, BT, HT) for analysis.
Displayed when Material Type is Steel
Design type : Specify whether to input additional information for 'Steel design group' design. If you select 'Steel girder box' or 'Steel girder I', 'Steel design group type' is activated as the property value of 'Section line'.
- None : Do not set type for 'Steel design group' design.
- Steel girder box : Set the type for the 'Steel design group' designation.
- Steel girder I : Set 'Steel girder I' as the type setting for 'Steel design group' design.
