Overview of Functions

This function defines user-defined materials or material Database for the properties of a member.

Define Tab

Classification

This function defines the classification of materials.

  • ID: Enter the identification number of the material.

  • Name: Enter the name of the material.

  • Type: Select a type of material. Concrete and steel are provided.

Elasticity data

Define the mechanical properties of material and material information.

  • Use DB: Option to use a material in the database list. When it is off, the user can modify the value.

  • Standard: Select a standard. The types of specifications provided are as follows
    - ASTM / ASTM09 / BS / BS04 / CNS / CNS06 / CSA / DIN / EN / EN05-PS / EN05-SW / EN05 / GB / GB03 / GB12 / GOST-SP / IS / JGJ JIS-Civil / JIS / JTG D64-2015 / JTG04 / JTJ / KS-Civil / KS / KS08-Civil / KS08 / KS09 / KS10-Civil / KSCE-LSD12 / TB05 / UNI

  • DB list: Material DB by the standard is displayed.

  • Elastic modulus: The elastic modulus is displayed.

  • Poisson's ratio: Poisson's ratio is displayed.

  • Thermal coefficient: The thermal expansion coefficient is expressed.

  • Weight density: Unit weight is displayed.

  • Mass density: Unit mass is displayed. This can be modified at check on.
