Updates the styles style of all views in the current dwgCIM View Mode.

This is a command to update that updates only the style of including the annotation objectsobject, and since it does not update the shape object, so it is a function that can update only annotations the annotation at high speed.

*Individual view style update can be done in the tree menu or in the context menu after selecting the view.
