How to Run


[Base Mode]

  • Ribbon Menu > [Base] Tab > [Library] Group > Template

    • FSM Bridge

Explanation


General Tab

  • [General Information]

    • Template Name : Enter the name of the Assembly Unit to be created.

    • Run Modify Mode after Creation : If turned on, the Assembly Unit Mode automatically runs when you the user create the template after entering all the settings so that the created template model can be modified.

Layout Tab

Enter the span configuration of the bridge.

    • Span configuration : Define the desired span configuration.

    Shows the variable information that defines the span configuration.

  • [Configuration]

    • Cold joint

      • S3 : Enter the location of the concrete construction joint as a ratio.

    • Anchorage

      • S4 : Enter the length between the construction joint and the anchorage.

    • Diaphragm

      • S6 : Enter the thickness of the starting diaphragms.

      • S7 : Enter the thickness of the diaphragm at the pier.

    • Expansion

      • Start : Enter the start of the expansion joint length.

      • End : Enter the end of the expansion joint length.

    • Span Configuration : Define the desired span configuration.

    • Tapperd Section Length

      • S1 : Enter the tapered section length of the left girder based on pier.

      • S2 : Enter the tapered section length of the right girder based on pier.

    • Curvature

      • Curverture 1 : Enter the order (1 or 2) of the expotential function that defines the shape of the curve on the left side of the girder based on the pier.

      • Curverture 2 : Enter the order (1 or 2) of the expotential function that defines the shape of the curve on the right side of the girder based on the pier.

    • Cold joint

      • S3 : Enter the location of the concrete construction joint as a ratio.

    • Anchorage

      • S4 : Enter the length between the construction joint and the anchorage.

    • Straight Length at Pier

      • S5 : Enter the length where the lower part of the upper girder becomes level at the pier table.

    • Diaphragm

      • S6 : Enter the thickness of the starting diaphragms.

      • S7 : Enter the thickness of the diaphragm at the pier.

    • Expansion

      • Start : Enter the start of the expansion joint length.

      • End : Enter the end of the expansion joint length.

Model Tab

Deck Slab

Info

Enter the road cross section components of the bridge.

  • Deck Width : Enter the girder deck width.

  • Pave. Thickness : Enter the road pavement thickness.

  • Layout Offset : Enter the offset between the layout center and the structure center.

If a positive(+) value is entered, the structure center is placed on the left side of the layout center.

  • Spacing

    • Spacing(L1) : Enter the width of the left railing of the bridge traverse cross section.

    • Spacing(L2) : The width of the left side road of the bridge traverse cross section is automatically input. (Entire Road Width - (Median Strip + Left Barrier + Right Barrier)) / 2

    • Spacing(L3) : Enter the median strip width.

    • Spacing(L4) : The width of the right side road to the cross section of the bridge is automatically input. (Entire Road Width - (Median Strip + Left Barrier + Right Barrier)) / 2

    • Spacing(L5) : Enter the width of the right railing of the bridge traverse cross section.

  • Type(L1 ~ L5) : Set the type of structure that will be placed at Spacing (L1 to 5).

If the median strip does not exist, Spacing(L3) is set to 0.

Section

Info

Enter the dimensions of the upper girder section.

  • H0 ~ HSD0 : Enter the dimensions of the corresponding portion of the sectional drawing.

Bearing Setting

Info

Enter the bearing settings.

  • b1 : Enter the distance between the center of cross-section and the bearing center.

  • b2 : Enter the distance between the bearing center and the girder end in the bridge direction.

  • h1 : Enter the height of the standalone bearing.

  • h2 : Enter the total height of the bearing including the mortar.

Haunch Length

Info

Enter the dimensions for the haunch cross-section in the longitudinal direction.

  • Lh1 : Enter the haunch length from the diaphragm at the end of girder.

  • Lh2 : Enter the haunch length from the diaphragm at the pier.

Sub Structure

Info

Enter the details of the sub structure.

  • Start Support : Select the start support of the Assembly Unit to create.

  • Middle Support : Select the middle support of the Assembly Unit to create.

  • End Support : Select the end support of the Assembly Unit to create.

Info

Set the Create Bearing feature to none if the sub structure is not applicable, and this feature only applies to start and end supports.

Tendon Tab

Web Tendon - Tendon Arrange.

Info

Enter the web tendon arrangement of the bridge.

  • Create Tendon : : If set to Off, the Assembly Unit is created with the tendon dimensions.

  • N ~ R(Minimum) : Enter the dimensions of the corresponding portion of the sectional drawing.

Web Tendon - Tendon Property

Info

Enter the specifications for the web tendon and anchorage.

  • Create Tendon : If set to Off, the Assembly Unit is created with the tendon dimensions.

  • [Tendon Area]

    • Strand Diameter : Set the diameter of the strand.

    • Number of Strand : Enter the number of strands.

  • [Anchorage]

    • Manufacturer : Enter the manufacturer of the anchorage.

    • Anchorage Type : Enter the type of anchorage.

    • DB : Set the DB for each type of anchorage.

Bottom Tendon - Tendon Arrange.
